RE2- first day

so... when resident evil came out back in the early '90s, i was just a kid XD i didn't own a playstation, i played nintendo and sega genesis. lawl

now, at the tender age of 20, 13 years after the original release of resident evil 2, i'm finally playing it XD as i stated in a journal, i found this diamond in the rough used at a gamestop. its the gamecube version, but the story and graphics are all the same o3o its fun, but i have a problem playing 'scary' games so i don't play a lot at one time. no need to make fun of me B1

regardless, i've loved leon since resident evil 4 (since i'd never played the 2nd one) and now i'm getting to see his dorky side XD its fun.

this picture was actually supposed to be someone else, but it looked so much like leon, i decided to change it and make it him, so i changed his hair and went from there. i'm very happy how this turned out! he's sort of a mix of the original resident evil 2 and the darkside chronicles version. i wanted to go more with the original but there's not much detail to it so i had to use other references for better details.

i wasn't sure what to do with his pose, so i just sort of drew this. at first the hand down at his side didn't have a gun, but it looked kind of funny with nothing in it, so i gave him another gun XD plus, i couldn't decide what hair colour to give him, since he's had so many different colours over the years. but ultimately (with the help of zoing's opinion) i went with red since that's the colour he originally had in that game.

also, couldn't figure out a good background :1 i suck at backgrounds anyway, so it would just take away from his pretty-ness~ lawl
